If you do not pay the fee, your data access request may be refused.

- Pictures provided by customers will be stored for 6 to 24 months, after which they will be directly deleted from the phone. Contact phone numbers and addresses provided by customers will be stored for 1 to 7 years, after which they will be directly deleted from the computer.
