However, the final fee charged may differ from the estimated fee. If the final fee is higher, we will notify you of the higher amount. If you do not pay the fee, your data access request may be refused.

6. Pictures provided by customers will be stored for 6 to 24 months, after which they will be directly deleted from the phone. Contact phone numbers and addresses provided by customers will be stored for 1 to 7 years, after which they will be directly deleted from the computer.
